Initial Acupuncture Consultation

We start with your health history, your cycle or pregnancy stage, and your goals, followed by your first acupuncture treatment. Depending on your needs, treatment may include gentle bodywork, herbal medicine or supplements, and practical lifestyle advice. You'll leave with a clear treatment plan.
Initial Naturopathic Consultation
60 mins · $250 · In clinic or telehealth · Health fund rebates available
A deep dive into your health history, main concerns and goals. Rebecca will review any recent blood tests, recommend further testing if useful, and give you a personalised plan covering nutrition, herbal medicine and supplements. Where appropriate, she works alongside your GP or specialist.
Return Consultation
50 mins · $180 · Acupuncture in clinic · Naturopathy in clinic or telehealth · For existing patients
A review of your progress, with treatment and your plan adjusted as you go.
What to expect at your first visit

After you book, you'll get a confirmation email with a short online intake form. Please complete it before your appointment.

Bring along any recent blood tests, scans or specialist letters, and a list of your current medications and supplements. Fertility patients can also bring cycle tracking or IVF protocol details.

For acupuncture, wear loose, comfortable clothing. Have a light meal beforehand rather than coming in on an empty stomach.

For telehealth, you'll receive a video link by email. Find a quiet spot and have your test results to review.

Afterwards, you'll receive your treatment plan and any prescriptions. With your consent, Rebecca can also share notes with your GP or specialist.
Cancellation policy
Need to change your appointment? Please give us at least 24 hours' notice, so we can offer the time to someone on the waitlist. You can reschedule through the link in your confirmation email, or by calling 0401 998 477.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may incur a fee of 100% of the consultation fee. We understand that life with fertility treatment, pregnancy and young children can be unpredictable, so please get in touch if something comes up.
